Oleg Bartsits, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Abkhazia expressed condolences to George Hewitt, the Honorary Consul of Abkhazia in the UK, British scientist and expert on the Caucasus, holder of the Order of "Akhdz-Apsha" of the 2-nd degree in connection with the death of his wife Zaira Hiba.

It is noted, in particular:
