The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Plenipotentiary Representation of Abkhazia in Turkey, and the Embassy of Abkhazia in Syria share a common vision: the state policy of the Republic of Abkhazia is also diaspora policy. Any attempts to violate established procedures, ignore the legislation of the Republic of Abkhazia, or substituting the humanitarian agenda with other objectives will receive a principled and immediate response from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
