On, as part of the opening of the international festival "RT. Doc: Time of Our Heroes," Oleg Bartsits, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Abkhazia participated in a flower-laying ceremony at the Abkhaz State University monument to the staff and students who died in the Patriotic War of the People of Abkhazia in 1992–1993.

Rodion Miroshnik, Ambassador-at-Large of the Russian Foreign Ministry for Crimes of the Kyiv Regime also participated in the ceremony.
