On July 2, a meeting was held at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Abkhazia between the Acting Minister, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Abkhazia Odissei Bigvava and the Head of the Official Representative Office of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic in the Republic of Abkhazia Garry Kupalba.

During the meeting, key aspects of Abkhazian-Pridnestrovian interaction were discussed, as well as opportunities to intensify bilateral cooperation.

Odissei Bigvava informed Garry Kupalba about the results of the 61st round of the Geneva International Discussions on security and stability in the Transcaucasus.

During the meeting, the parties expressed their readiness to continue working together in order to further strengthen the relationship between the Republic of Abkhazia and the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic, and also expressed gratitude to the Russian Federation for the support provided.

At the end of the meeting, Odissei Bigvava awarded Harry Kupalba the anniversary medal “30th Anniversary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Abkhazia.”
