On February 10, 2025, Zaur Gvajava, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Abkhazia to the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela at the invitation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Venezuela, took part in an event to mark the 46-th anniversary of the Islamic Revolution in Iran.

The event was held at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Venezuela under the leadership of Tatiana Piug Moreno, Deputy Minister for Asia, the Middle East and Oceania and Sirus Karimi, Chargé d'Affaires of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Venezuela.

The ceremony was attended by ambassadors and heads of diplomatic missions accredited in Venezuela, representatives of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Venezuela, the media and other invited guests.
