The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Abkhazia sent a note of condolences to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Colombia in connection with the numerous casualties and large-scale destruction caused by the floods in the Department of Putumayo.

The note reads, in particular:

"Please convey the words of sincere sympathy and support to those who lost their loved ones, as well as wishes for a speedy recovery to all those affected."
