Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Abkhazia, Oleg Bartsits, participated in the opening and plenary session of the Reporting Scientific and Practical Conference at Abkhazian State University.

The opening was attended by Prime Minister Vladimir Delba, Speaker of the People's Assembly - Parliament Lasha Ashuba, Minister of Education Khana Gunba, Minister of Health Eduard Butba, Acting Head of the “Rossotrudnichestvo” Representative Office in the Republic of Abkhazia Vadim Bannikov, faculty, and students.

Welcoming remarks were delivered by ASU Rector, Doctor of Physics and Mathematics. Aleko Gvaramia, PhD in Biology and Mathematics, Academician of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences; Julietta Adleiba, Vice-Rector for Research, Doctor of Philology and Academician of the Academy of Sciences of the Russian Academy of Sciences.

The plenary session featured the following presentations: Larisa Akhuba, PhD in Biology and Mathematics: "Biomarkers of Pathological and Physical Aging and Prospects for Their Use in Developing an Individual Longevity Passport"; Khauti Ozova, PhD in Physics and Mathematics: "On the Interaction of Abkhazian State University with Partners: The Case of the Energy Systems Department of the Agricultural Engineering Faculty"; Inga Ardzinba, PhD in Economics: "Demographic Sovereignty in the Context of National Security"; and Konstantin Amkuab, PhD in Law: "On the Transformation of the Public Administration System in the Republic of Abkhazia: Institutional Aspects"; Postgraduate student Daniil Kozlovsky presented a paper titled "Linguistic and Statistical Markers for Identifying Texts Created by Generative Language Models."

Following the plenary session, the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Abkhazia and the Abkhazian State University signed a cooperation agreement. The document was signed by Minister of Education Khana Gunba and ASU Rector Aleko Gvaramia.
