"The Basic Law of the Russian Federation defines not only the legal foundations of the state system but also reflects the value orientations of Russian society, serving as a foundation for the sustainable development of a self-sufficient and sovereign state.
In an era of modern challenges, the Constitution serves as a reminder of the unwavering principles that guide the Russian state to this day: sovereignty, the rule of law, and the protection of the rights and interests of its citizens both domestically and internationally.
Russia demonstrates its commitment to the principles of statehood, the rule of law, and responsibility in international affairs, which strengthens its role as a key partner and ally of Abkhazia.
The Republic of Abkhazia highly values its interaction with the Russian Federation, based on treaty obligations, mutual respect, and the strategic nature of bilateral relations."
Oleg Bartsits wished Sergey Lavrov and the entire staff of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs success, peace, and prosperity.
