Acting Minister, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Abkhazia Odissei Bigvava congratulated the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela Ivan Gil Pinto on the Independence Day of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela.

The congratulations says, in particular:
