Oleg Bartsits, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Abkhazia sent a congratulatory note to Ivan Gil Pinto, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela on the occasion of the 15-th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the Republic of Abkhazia and the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela.

It is noted in particular:

“In a relatively short period of time, strong bonds of friendship have been formed between our states based on a sense of deep mutual respect and trust.

Since the establishment of diplomatic relations between our states, there has been stable interaction and a progressive increase in interstate ties. Abkhazia is interested in the further development of political dialogue and the expansion of the entire range of bilateral cooperation.

I am convinced that, based on the positive potential of cooperation accumulated over the years of interstate interaction we will be able to further deepen our strategic partnership, fill it with new content. This will undoubtedly serve the well-being of our friendly peoples.”

Oleg Bartsits wished the people of Venezuela peace and prosperity.
