Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Abkhazia Oleg Bartsits congratulated the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Nicaragua Valdrack Jaentschke on his birthday. 

The congratulation reads, in part:

"You rightfully enjoy a high reputation in your homeland and abroad, as an experienced diplomat, statesman and patriot of your country.

Your merits in the effective implementation of the foreign policy course and upholding the national interests of the Republic of Nicaragua in the international arena are undeniable.

I highly appreciate your personal contribution to the development of allied and fraternal relations between our states, to the further strengthening of the Abkhazian-Nicaraguan partnership based on the principles of friendship and mutual trust.

I have warm memories about my visit to the Republic of Nicaragua in July 2025. I am pleased to note that this visit allowed us to renew political contacts and give impetus to further fruitful cooperation in a number of areas of mutual interest. I look forward to continuing our meaningful communication and productive joint work for the benefit of our countries."
