On July 17, 2026, Foreign Minister of the Republic of Abkhazia, Oleg Bartsits, attended the ceremony of presenting credentials to President of the Republic of Abkhazia, Badra Gunba.

Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation to the Republic of Abkhazia, Vyacheslav Gladkov, and Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of South Ossetia to the Republic of Abkhazia, Astamur Katsia, presented their credentials to President of the Republic of Abkhazia, Badra Gunba.

The ceremony took place at the Administration of the President of the Republic of Abkhazia.
