Daur Vadimovich Kove was born on March 15, 1979 in the town of Sukhum. In 2000 he graduated from the Bashkir State University, majoring in "Jurisprudence", specializing in "Legal support of foreign economic activity". From 1995 to 2009 he worked as a referent, adviser, then Plenipotentiary Representative of the Republic of Abkhazia in the Republic of Bashkortostan. From 2005 to 2010, he served as the head of the International department, worked as the Deputy Foreign Minister of the Republic of Abkhazia.

On May 10, a press conference was held at the Abkhazian Foreign Ministry on the procedure for crossing the Abkhaz-Russian state border during the holiday season.
Festive events dedicated to the Victory Day in the Great Patriotic War were held in Berlin. They began on May 7 with a grand concert of the Turkish Choir and were continued today. Several thousand people took part in the official ceremony of laying flowers to the Soviet memorial in Treptow Park on the Victory Day.
The delegation of the Republic of Abkhazia, led by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Abkhazia, Daur Kove, left for the Donetsk People's Republic to participate in the events dedicated to the Republic Day.

The 72nd anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War Today is celebrated today. Memorable events are held throughout the territory of the Republic of Abkhazia. 55.5 thousand citizens of the republic went to the front, 17 436 of them were perished. 22 soldiers from Abkhazia became Heroes of the Soviet Union.
The leadership and staff of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Abkhazia laid flowers at the monument to the Unknown Soldier.
As it became known, on April 24 this year the Georgian Ambassador to Israel met with the Patriarch of Jerusalem Theophilus III and discussed issues related to the visit of pilgrims from Abkhazia, who visit the Holy Land every year on the eve of Easter.
