On December 11, as part of a meeting between Oleg Bartsits, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Abkhazia, and the faculty and students majoring in International Relations at the Abkhazian State University, Oleg Bartsits met with ASU Rector Aleko Gvaramiia.

Oleg Bartsits thanked the university's leadership for its contribution to training personnel for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and emphasized the importance of cooperation with ASU.

During the meeting, a wide range of issues were discussed, including the return of young professionals to the Republic of Abkhazia after graduating from Russian universities through targeted recruitment, and the shortage of Arabic language specialists and translators. The urgent need for such specialists for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs was noted.

Following the meeting, the parties agreed to continue close cooperation.
