On June 17 of this year, a Memorandum of Cooperation was signed online between the Council of Young Diplomats of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Abkhazia and the Council of Young Diplomats of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic.

Welcoming remarks were delivered by the Plenipotentiary Representative of the Republic of Abkhazia to the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic, Alexander Vataman, Head of the Official Representative Office of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic to the Republic of Abkhazia, Garry Kupalba, Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Abkhazia, Astanda Pataraya and Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the MFA of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic, Kirill Shidlovsky.

The document was signed by Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Abkhazia, Astanda Pataraya, and Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic, Kirill Shidlovsky.

The signed Memorandum creates a basis for developing direct interaction between young diplomatic personnel of the two countries, discussing issues of mutual interest, exchanging experiences, and developing joint initiatives addressing current regional and international issues.
