During a working visit to Moscow, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Abkhazia Oleg Bartsits held a meeting at the Embassy of Abkhazia in Russia.

At the meeting, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Abkhazia to Russia Alkhas Kvitsiniia reported to the Minister on the current work of the Embassy. The Minister also familiarized himself with the reports of the Embassy staff on the work done over the first 9 months of this year.

Oleg Bartsits, informing the diplomatic staff of the Embassy about the instructions of the President of the Republic of Abkhazia Badra Gunba, concerning, in particular, the intensification of interaction with the countries of the Middle East, Africa and Southeast Asia, noted the need to intensify the activities of the Embassy in the context of the objectives outlined by the President.
