On April 27, Oleg Bartsits, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Abkhazia, received representatives of the Center for Public Diplomacy: Valeria Manovitskaya, Deputy Executive Director and Head of the Department of Educational Projects, and Sofia Khagba, Manager of Educational and Cultural Projects.

The CPD representatives briefed the Minister of Foreign Affairs on the Center's activities and collaboration with the Abkhaz State University. In particular, they discussed the techno-mentoring program between the Abkhaz State University and the Novosibirsk State Technical University.

During the meeting, the parties discussed developing of cooperation in public diplomacy, the importance of expanding humanitarian contacts, strengthening of interaction between government and public structures, and working with youth.
