A meeting between Oleg Bartsits, the Chairperson of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Abkhazia, Diana Piliia and Anait Smbatyan, Professor of the International Law Department at the All-Russian Academy of Foreign Trade of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, was held at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Abkhazia. Abkhazian Foreign Ministry staff also participated in the meeting.

Diana Piliia and Anait Smbatyan told about the work of the IV International Scientific and Practical Conference "Architecture of Public Authority: Formation, Development, Prospects," which is being held as part of the II Abkhazian Legal Week, dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the birth of the First President of the Republic of Abkhazia, Vladislav Grigorievich Ardzinba. During the meeting, the relevance and richness of the program, aimed at introducing Abkhazian youth to the scientific achievements of Russian scholars and the scientific community of the Republic of Abkhazia, were noted.

Oleg Bartsits thanked them for their participation in matters related to Abkhazia and noted that the legal aspects of the Foreign Ministry's activities are extremely important for Abkhazia.

The Minister noted that Abkhazian specialists also can improve their qualifications through participation in educational programs and practical conferences offered by their main strategic partner, the Russian Federation.

The meeting participants expressed hope for further fruitful, purposeful, and active cooperation and agreed to continue the scientific tradition.
