The international conference "International Urban Mobility Dialogue" ended last week in Berlin. It was organized by Academus Berlin GmbH and brought together the representatives of administrations of different cities of the world as well as business, scientific communities and civic associations.

The Parliament of the Republic of Abkhazia adopted the Act on the State Independence of the Republic of Abkhazia on October 12, 1999 based on the results of the referendum of October 3 on the attitude to the current Constitution, which proclaimed Abkhazia as a sovereign, democratic, legal state, subject of international law.

The 49-th round of the Geneva International Discussions on Security and Stability in the Transcaucasus was held on October 8-9, 2019 in which took part the representatives of the Republic of Abkhazia, the Republic of South Ossetia, Georgia, the Russian Federation and the United States co-chaired the UN, OSCE and the EU.
