At the invitation of the General Sports Federation of the Syrian Arab Republic, diplomats of the Embassy of the Republic of Abkhazia in Syria took part in the IV International Tournament "Paths of Tishreen".

The bike ride, which took place in the province of Tartus, was dedicated to the national holiday "October Liberation War". More than two hundred cyclists took part in the sporting event.

The column of cyclists was led by the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Abkhazia to Syria Muhammad Ali and the Counselor of the Embassy Gais Al-Harki, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Indonesia to Syria Wadzhid Fawzi, the Chargé d'Affaires of the Embassy of the Kingdom of Bahrain in Syria Kamil Ramadhani and the Chargé d'Affaires of the Embassy of the Republic of Tunisia in Syria Majdi Al Dhaheri.

The participants of the bike ride were awarded with commemorative awards.
