On November 11, 2025, a meeting was held between Alexander Vataman, the Plenipotentiary Representative of Abkhazia to Transnistria, and Victoria Ilady, a member of the Central Electoral Commission of Transnistria at the Official Representation of the Republic of Abkhazia in the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic.

At the meeting at the Official Representation, Victoria Ilady shared her impressions of participating in the conference of "Elections in a Multipolar World: Sovereignty, Trust, and Transformation of Electoral Processes," which took place on November 7-8 in Sukhumi.

On November 8, participants in the international conference, as experts, visited polling stations in various districts of the Republic of Abkhazia for local government elections.

Regarding the recent elections, Victoria Ilady said: "On November 8, our group of experts visited polling stations in the city of Tkuarchal and the Tkuarchal district. "Over the course of the day, we witnessed local government elections taking place at eight polling stations, and a welcoming atmosphere prevailed everywhere. Everything was conducted within the framework of national legislation and international norms."

For his part, Plenipotentiary Representative of the Republic of Abkhazia to the PMR Alexander Vataman thanked Victoria Ilady for accepting of the invitation and actively participating in the international conference in Sukhumi, and for learning about the organization and conduct of elections in Abkhazia as an international expert.
