On September 30, 2025, the Republic of Abkhazia celebrates the 32nd anniversary of Victory in the Patriotic War of the People of Abkhazia (1992-1993).

Our people, led by national leader Vladislav Grigorievich Ardzinba, liberated their homeland from the Georgian occupiers. Volunteers fought shoulder to shoulder with the people of Abkhazia during the harsh years of war for the freedom and independence of Apsny.

Today, we thank the generation of victors for the Victory and pay tribute to those who gave their lives for the freedom of Apsny. Heroic feats of these heroes will always live in our hearts.
