The awarding of the honorary title "Honored Employee of the Diplomatic Service" took place.

15 May 2026 the honorary title of "Honored Worker of the Diplomatic Service" was awarded during a ceremony marking the 33-rd anniversary of the founding of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Abkhazia.

Dmitry Shamba, First Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Abkhazia, read the texts of the decrees of Badr Gunba, the President of the Republic of Abkhazia.

The title of "Honored Employee of the Diplomatic Service" was awarded to the following diplomatic service employees:

1. Igor Muratovich Akhba;

2. Sergey Mironovich Shamba;

3. Zaur Konstantinovich Gvadzhava;

4. Larisa Shalvovna Mertskhulava;

5. Stella Shotovna Chkadua;

6. Martin Raulevich Tarkil.
