On April 24, Oleg Bartsits, Foreign Minister met with Viktor Khashba, Chairman of the Rostov Abkhaz Diaspora NGO at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Abkhazia.

During the meeting, humanitarian, cultural, and sporting issues were discussed.

The Foreign Minister was briefed in detail on the Rostov Abkhaz Diaspora NGO's plans for 2026 and expressed the Foreign Ministry's readiness to provide assistance. Oleg Bartsits emphasized the importance of strengthening ties with compatriots living around the world, as well as supporting and working with youth.
