The ceremony of laying flowers were held at the Monumental Complex to the Soviet soldiers at the Reichstag on the occasion of the 100-th anniversary of the formation of the Soviet Army on February 23 in Berlin.

Hibla Amichba, the Plenipotentiary Representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Abkhazia in Germany took part in the flower-laying ceremony and the subsequent solemn reception at the invitation of the Embassy of the Russian Federation in Berlin.

The diplomatic missions of Russia, the CIS countries, Germany, numerous political and public figures also took part in the assignment.
