Zaur Gvadzhava, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Abkhazia to the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, at the invitation of Sebastian Rodrigo Michel Hoffman, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Plurinational State of Bolivia to the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, took part in the solemn ceremony on the 198th anniversary of the independence of the Plurinational State of Bolivia.

The ceremony was held in the monumental complex of the National Pantheon under the chairmanship of Venezuelan Foreign Minister Ivan Gil Pinto, Ambassador of the Republic of Bolivia to Venezuela Sebastian Michel Hoffman, Chairman of the National Electoral Council Pedro Calzadilla Perez, Venezuelan Ombudsman Alfredo Ruiz Angulo and other representatives of the state’s government.

During the event, flowers were laid to the monument of the Liberator Simon Bolivar.

The event was also attended by ambassadors and heads of diplomatic missions accredited in Venezuela.
