Daur Kove, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Abkhazia congratulated Harry Kupalba, the Head of the Official Representation of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic in the Republic of Abkhazia on the occasion of the 13-th anniversary of the establishment of the PMR Official Representation in the Republic of Abkhazia.
