The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Abkhazia, Inal Ardzinba, sent a congratulatory note to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, Sergey Lavrov, on the occasion of the professional holiday - the Diplomat’s Day.

The note says, in particular:
