The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Abkhazia, Inal Ardzinba, sent a congratulatory address to the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates of the Syrian Arab Republic, Faisal al-Mekdad, on the occasion of his 70th anniversary.

The congratulation says, in particular:
