On October 13, a solemn opening ceremony of the Alley of Law Enforcement Heroes who died in the line of duty took place in Managua.

At the invitation of Alexander Khokholikov, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation to the Republic of Nicaragua, Inar Ladaria, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Abkhazia to the Republic of Nicaragua took part in the ceremony dedicated to the opening of the Alley of Heroes in Managua.

The event was also attended by Laureano Ortega, Adviser to the President of Nicaragua representatives of the national police of the Republic of Nicaragua and diplomats accredited in the country.
