Irakli Tuzhba, Aсting Minister, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Abkhazia congratulated Sergei Lavrov on his reappointment to the post of Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation.

It is noted, in particular:
