On May 17, on the Day of Formation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Abkhazia, the leadership and staff of the country’s foreign policy department laid flowers at the Memorial to those killed in the Patriotic War of the people of Abkhazia of 1992-1993.
