On December 2, Irakli Tuzhba, the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Abkhazia met with Erwin Blau, the head of the office Action Contre La Hambre in Abkhazia.
During the meeting, Erwin Blau informed Irakli Tuzhba about the current activities of the Action Contre La Hambre organization and presented him with a new project “Improving of local governance through inclusive development approaches”. The aim of this project is to strengthen the current approach to rural development in Abkhazia led by local communities.
An important fact in the implementation of the project is the participation of women and youth in all management and decision-making processes.
