The Representation of Transdniestria opened in Moscow

The Official Representative Office of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic was opened in Moscow. The ceremony was attended by Vadim Krasnoselsky, the PMR President.

The President noted that Russia is a strategic partner of Transdniestria, ensuring peace and security, acts as a mediator in the international negotiation process and provides support to residents of the republic in the social and humanitarian sphere. Therefore, it was decided to open a representative office in Moscow.

Igor Akhba, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Abkhazia to the Russian Federation attended the ceremony at the invitation of the head of Transdniestria. The Ambassador conveyed the congratulations of Raul Khadzhimba, the President of the Republic of Abkhazia on the launch of the Representative Office.

I.Ahba stressed that Abkhazia and Transdniestria are linked by many years of cooperation in various fields of activity and expressed hope for further fruitful cooperation, including the Embassy of the Republic of Abkhazia in Russia with the Moscow Office of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic.

The opening ceremony was attended by the Russian and Transdniestria politicians, parliamentarians and public figures.
