Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation to the Republic of Abkhazia Mikhail Shurgalin congratulated the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Abkhazia Inal Ardzinba and the staff of the Ministry on the 15th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Abkhazia.

The congratulations, in particular, say: “Over these years, cooperation between our countries became an alliance and strategic partnership. The Russian Federation will continue to provide the fraternal Republic of Abkhazia with all possible assistance in ensuring national security, on the socio-economic, cultural and humanitarian tracks, as well as in strengthening international positions and regional stability.” Mikhail Shurgalin wished Inal Ardzinba and the staff of the Ministry new successes and achievements in diplomatic work.
