On February 22, 2024, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Abkhazia, Inal Ardzinba, held a meeting with the National Preparatory Commission for the World Youth Festival in Abkhazia. During the meeting, Inal Ardzinba announced that at the site of the World Youth Festival, which will be held from March 1 to March 7, 2024 on the federal territory of Sirius, the Abkhazian side will sign a Memorandum of Cooperation with one of the leading Russian development institutions - “Innopraktika”.

The main goals of the Memorandum:

-providing support to young leaders of Abkhazia;

-development of information technologies and biotechnologies;

-improving the investment image of Abkhazia, intensifying interaction with leading development institutions in Russia.
