On May 22 the acting Minister, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Irakli Tuzhba
received representatives of the ICRC Mission in the Republic of Abkhazia at the
Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Abkhazia. 

The meeting participants discussed the work of the Coordination Mechanism for the search for persons missing as a result of the Georgian-Abkhaz war of 1992-1993, which the International Committee of the Red Cross continues to support as a neutral humanitarian organization. 

The ICRC mission has been working in Abkhazia since 1992 and carries out a range of humanitarian programs, Irakli Tuzhba, Aсting Minister, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Abkhazia.
