At the invitation of the Incanto Opera Foundation's leadership, represented by Laureano Ortega and Elisa Picado, Inar Ladaria, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Abkhazia to the Republic of Nicaragua participated in a press conference dedicated to the participation of Katerin Velasquez, the Incanto Foundation soloist in Alisa Gitsba's international music competition-laboratory.

Laureano Ortega noted that this international competition-laboratory is an excellent opportunity for Nicaraguan opera artists to hone their creative talent, and asked for a message of gratitude to the director of the competition-laboratory, Alisa Gitsba, and Oleg Bartsits, the Minister of Foreig Affairs of the Republic of Abkhazia, who made the participation of the Nicaraguan contestant possible. He also expressed interest in further cultural exchange between the two countries, which undoubtedly serves to strengthen the bonds of friendship, brotherhood, and solidarity.

Inar Ladaria, in turn, thanked Laureano Ortega and Elisa Picado for their collaboration. He noted that Katerin Velasquez will be the first opera singer to perform for an Abkhazian audience, which is undoubtedly a historic cultural event for the two countries, and confirmed the intention of the leadership of the Republic of Abkhazia to further strengthen relations with the Republic of
Nicaragua.

The Abkhazian Ambassador wished the Nicaraguan singer creative success and expressed confidence that the Abkhazian public will welcome their distinguished guest with the warmth and hospitality characteristic of Abkhazia.
