On October 20, a working meeting was held between Oleg Bartsits, Foreign Minister and Isaac Koumessina, Ambassador-at-Large of the Abkhazian Foreign Ministry at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Abkhazia. Irakli Tuzhba, Acting Deputy Foreign Minister participated in the meeting.

Oleg Bartsits emphasized the need to develop a roadmap for joint work and identify priority areas for Isaac Koumessina's work. 

During the meeting, the practical and technical aspects of Isaac Koumessina's work in African countries were discussed.

After reviewing of the key areas of work of the Ambassador-at-Large of the Abkhazian Foreign Ministry, the participants noted the importance of continuing active cooperation.
