A working meeting was held at the Official Representation of the Republic of Abkhazia in the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic between Alexander Vataman, Plenipotentiary Representative of the Republic of Abkhazia in the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic, and Alexander Karasev, Editor-in-Chief of the Republican Newspaper "Pridnestrovie."

During the meeting, the parties discussed the results of cooperation between the Official Representation of the Republic of Abkhazia in the PMR and the newspaper "Pridnestrovie" in 2025 and outlined plans for joint work in 2026, including determining of the content of the "Twin Cities" section, which appears in the newspaper and covers key events in the Republic of Abkhazia.

Alexander Karasev confirmed the existing interest of the "Pridnestrovie" newspaper staff in close collaboration with the staff of the "Republic of Abkhazia" newspaper, both at the editorial and editorial levels.

The parties agreed to continue to maintain constructive dialogue and close cooperation to implement the agreements reached.
