On, as part of the opening of the international festival "RT. Doc: Time of Our Heroes," Oleg Bartsits, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Abkhazia participated in a flower-laying ceremony at the Abkhaz State University monument to the staff and students who died in the Patriotic War of the People of Abkhazia in 1992–1993.

On November 14, 2025, Oleg Bartsits, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Abkhazia presented the Medal of Merit of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Abkhazia to Vito Grittani, the Ambassador-at-Large of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Abkhazia to the Italian Republic, for promoting and strengthening of the positive image of the Republic of Abkhazia in the Italian Republic and for his contribution to the development of international cooperation and diplomatic activity.

On November 14, Oleg Bartsits, Foreign Minister met with Vito Grittani, Ambassador-at-Large of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Abkhazia at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Abkhazia. The meeting was attended by Kan Tania, Counselor of the Embassy of the Republic of Abkhazia in the Russian Federation, and Camelia Darina-Pop, Vito Grittani's wife.

On November 14, a working meeting was held between Alexander Vataman, Plenipotentiary Representative of the Republic of Abkhazia in the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic, and Vadim Doni, Chairman of the Tiraspol City Council of People's Deputies at the Official Representation of the Republic of Abkhazia in the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic.

At the invitation of the Embassy of the State of Palestine in the Republic of Nicaragua, Inar Ladaria, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Abkhazia to the Republic of Nicaragua and Alias Aiba, Minister-Counselor of the Embassy participated in a wreath-laying ceremony commemorating to the 21st anniversary of the death of Yasser Arafat, Palestinian leader.

On November 12, the second day of the 65-th round of the International Discussions on Security and Stability in the Caucasus began in Geneva.

On November 11, 2025, a meeting was held between Alexander Vataman, the Plenipotentiary Representative of Abkhazia to Transnistria, and Victoria Ilady, a member of the Central Electoral Commission of Transnistria at the Official Representation of the Republic of Abkhazia in the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic.

Today, November 11, the 65th round of the International Discussions on Security and Stability in the Caucasus begins in Geneva.
