Daur Kove, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Abkhazia sent a congratulatory note to Sergey Lavrov, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation on the occasion of the Constitution Day.

The adoption of the Basic Law determined the development of the state and society along the lines of democracy and citizenship, provided opportunities for the realization of human rights and made a significant contribution to preserving the unity and prosperity of the country. Abkhazia highly values the allied relations with the Russian Federation and attaches great importance to the comprehensive expansion of bilateral cooperation.
