Daur Kove, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Abkhazia sent a congratulatory note to Alexander Vataman, Plenipotentiary Representative of the Republic of Abkhazia in the PMR on the occasion of the 13-th anniversary of signing of the Decree about establishment of the Official Representative of the Republic of Abkhazia in the Transnistrian Moldavian Republic.

In particular, it is noted:

"March 7, 2008 is an important milestone in the history of the Abkhaz-Transnistrian interstate relations. Signing of the Decree on the establishment of the official Representation allowed to get to the cooperation between the two countries to a qualitatively new impetus.
