Daur Kove, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Abkhazia congratulated Beslan Dbar, the Head of the State Committee on the repatriation of the Republic of Abkhazia on the occasion of the 25-th anniversary of the establishment of the committee.

The State Committee on the Repatriation of Abkhazia was established by the Decree of Vladislav Ardzinba, the Chairman of the Supreme Council of Abkhazia on March 23, 1993 during the period of fierce battles.
The Committee effectively implements its task of the repatriation and adaptation of compatriots returning to their historical homeland and also unites representatives of the Abkhaz diaspora and the inhabitants of the Republic of Abkhazia for prosperity of Apsny from the very first days of its existence.
An invaluable contribution to the strengthening of our state is every member of the committee who over 25 years of existence has taken part in the truly patriotic cause of the return of our compatriots to their homeland.
