Daur Kove, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Abkhazia congratulated Masis Mayilyan, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic on the occasion of the 28-th anniversary of the adoption of the Declaration on the Proclamation of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic.

It is said:

“The adoption of the Declaration was a historic milestone that determined the future development path of Artsakh. The people of Artsakh had different days but they heroically overcame all the trials in the name of the prosperity of homeland.
The Republic of Artsakh is a state that actively solves the tasks it faces, pursues a peaceful policy towards other states and looks confidently to the future.

I am convinced that the traditionally friendly relations between the Republic of Abkhazia and the Republic of Artsakh will further contribute to build the Abkhaz-Artsakh relations.
