The official representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Abkhazia, Victoria Malania, took part in the online International Round Table “Abkhazia and South Ossetia. 15 years of recognition by the Russian Federation of the independence of the republics. Experience and perspectives.

The event took place on the site of the Pridnestrovian State University named after T.G. Shevchenko.

From the side of the Republic of Abkhazia, the event was attended by:

Maxim Gvindzhia - ASU Vice-Rector for International Relations and Economic Affairs.

From the PMR side:

Vitaly Ignatiev - Minister of Foreign Affairs of the PMR; Alexander Vataman - Plenipotentiary Representative of the Republic of Abkhazia in the PMR; Vitaly Yankovsky - Head of the Official Representative Office of the Republic of South Ossetia in the PMR; Vladislav Sokolov - Rector of PSU named after T.G. Shevchenko, Professor.

During the event, the participants covered such topics as: the current state and prospects for the development of the statehood of Abkhazia and South Ossetia; parallels of state development between Pridnestrovie, South Ossetia and Abkhazia; aspects of relations between Abkhazia, South Ossetia and Pridnestrovie with the Russian Federation and prospects for their development.
