From November 24 to November 26, 2022, the IV International Municipal BRICS+ Forum was held in St. Petersburg. The event took place with the support of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation and Rossotrudnichestvo.

The Forum was attended by employees of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Abkhazia Lasha Avidzba, Artur Gaguliia, Irina Turava, Dzhemal Bganba, Alyas Asabua and Tamaz Smyr.

Sergey Lavrov, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, sent a video message for the guests and participants of the Forum.

The International Municipal BRICS+ Forum is an annual business Forum. The mission of the project is the formation of the Russian Federation as the center of cooperation between the cities of the world.
