The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela Ivan Gil congratulated the Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Abkhazia Sergey Shamba on Badra Gunba's victory in the elections of the President of the Republic of Abkhazia.
