On May 6, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Abkhazia accepts documents from citizens of the Republic of Abkhazia, graduates of secondary schools, to participate in the competitive selection for enrollment to the Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia.

The admission of citizens of foreign countries for training in quota is regulated by the Russian Presidential Order No. 5 of January 4, 2010 - РП (on the training of foreign citizens).

The competition for quota places will be attended by representatives of various states. Depending on the scores received for the entrance exams, it will be known which of the applicants will study at the Diplomatic Academy.

At the first stage, applicants should submit the following documents to the MFA RA:
a) a statement indicating the chosen direction (“international relations”, “international law” www.dipacademy.ru);

b) copies of internal and foreign passports of a citizen of the Republic of Abkhazia;
c) certificate from the school on the progress in the first semester.

Competitive tests will consist of entrance exams, as well as interviews to identify the knowledge of applicants from the following disciplines:
- foreign language (written and oral)
- Russian language (dictation)
- history of Abkhazia, history of Russia and modern geopolitical processes.

Deadline for submission of documents:

May 7-10, 2019

Entrance tests will be held from 23 to 26 May 2019.
