By the Decree of Aslan Bzhania, the President of the Republic of Abkhazia dated November 30, 2022, Alkhas Kvitsinia was appointed as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Abkhazia to the Russian Federation.

On November 29, 2022, on the occasion of the International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian People, Muhammad Ali, Chargé d'Affaires of the Republic of Abkhazia in the Syrian Arab Republic, Counselor of the Embassy of the Republic of Abkhazia in the SAR, at the invitation of Dr. Samir El-Rufai, the Ambassador of the State of Palestine to the Syrian Arab Republic took part in reception, which took place at the Dama Rose Hotel in Damascus.

Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Abkhazia Inal Ardzinba expressed his condolences on the death of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus Vladimir Makei.

From November 24 to November 26, 2022, the IV International Municipal BRICS+ Forum was held in St. Petersburg. The event took place with the support of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation and Rossotrudnichestvo.

Alina Chanba, the head of the State Protocol Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Abkhazia, said that for the first time in Abkhazia, a diplomatic uniform and insignia are being developed for employees of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Abkhazia, embassies, representative offices of the Republic of Abkhazia in foreign states, having the diplomatic ranks of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary and Envoy Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary 1-st and 2-nd class.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Abkhazia continues to monitor the situation in Ukraine. We regard the execution of Russian prisoners of war yet another provocation by Ukraine aimed at aggravating the situation in the region.

On November 23, Inal Ardzinba, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Abkhazia, met with Harry Kupalba, the Head of the Official Representation of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic in the Republic of Abkhazia, at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Abkhazia.

On November 18, at the invitation of the leadership of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Nicaragua, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Abkhazia to the Republic of Nicaragua Inar Ladaria took part in the opening of the annual festival of entrepreneurs of the Republic of Nicaragua.

On November 15, 2022 Chargé d'Affaires of the Republic of Abkhazia in the Syrian Arab Republic, Counselor of the Embassy Muhammad Ali held a working meeting with the Deputy Director of the Department of Europe of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates of the Syrian Arab Republic, Minister-Counselor Samir Bashur.

On 9 November 2022, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Abkhazia hosted the meeting of the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Abkhazia, Iraklii Tuzhba with the Co-Chairs of the Geneva International Discussions on Security and Stability in the Transcaucasus - the EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus, Toivo Klaar, and the UN Representative, Cihan Sultanoğlu.
